I decided to use this drink with Arapuru London Dry Gin and it works perfectly well with fresh herbs such as basil, citrus and celery. 1 2/3oz Arapuru Gin
3 celery stalks
1 oz lemon
1/2 oz syrup simple
1/2 oz egg white
6 fresh basil leaf

How to prepare

Gently crush basil into the shaker, add the other ingredients. Beat with ice and strain back into one of the glasses. Then blend without ice and double strain into a chilled glass.
