I decided to use this drink with Arapuru London Dry Gin and it works perfectly well with fresh herbs such as basil, citrus and celery. Ingredients:
1 2/3oz Arapuru Gin
3 celery stalks
1 oz lemon
1/2 oz syrup simple
1/2 oz egg white
6 fresh basil leaf
How to Prepare:
Gently crush basil into the shaker, add the other ingredients. Beat with ice and strain back into one of the glasses. Then blend without ice and double strain into a chilled glass.
