1 2/3oz Arapuru Gin
3 celery stalks
1 oz lemon
1/2 oz syrup simple
1/2 oz egg white
6 fresh basil leaf
Gently crush basil into the shaker, add the other ingredients. Beat with ice and strain back into one of the glasses. Then blend without ice and double strain into a chilled glass.
