Maria Bethânia

This cocktail is a tribute to the very Brazilian Maria Bethânia, who manages to express in music and poetry all her feelings, from an early age, struggling and always looking for contact with nature and its origins. Creation is by Flávio Oliveira for Arapuru Desafia.


2oz of Arapuru Gin
0,5oz clove lemon juice
0,5oz cordial of bergamot and pink pepper
0,6oz syrup of wild honey with dragonfruit and boldo
1 bay leaf to smoke the coupe glass
1 slice of bergamot with 1 bay leaf for garnish

How to prepare

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, beat vigorously and double strain directly into the previously smoked glass.
