Cafuné Collins

A reinterpretation of a classic with the touch of our jabuticaba gin

Ingredients

60 ml Arapuru Cafuné
30 ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
Club Soda or Sparkling Water

How to prepare

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the Gin, lemon and syrup. Serve in a tall or American glass with ice and top up with Club Soda or sparkling water. Finish with a slice of Sicilian lemon and a brazilian grape.
