Angels of the Sertão
Our commitment to Brazilian culture is to always seek projects that foster economic, social, cultural and sustainable growth. And this time, it would be no different, we were looking for a project that would bring together the regional essence and the protagonist of its Arapuru Gin.
“Angels of the Sertão” or “Anjos do Sertão” is a project that seeks to honor people, land and life through the production of Caju, Cajuína and Sustainable Honey in the Caatinga. They help with the local production of these items, a way of supporting the regional population, in addition to contributing to rural entrepreneurship by encouraging projects in which young people become drivers of this economy and culture.

planted cashew trees
For every two bottles sold,
Let's plant a cashew tree!
The reforestation of rural areas helps to restore the region’s ancestral knowledge and traditions. It also serves to help small and young rural entrepreneurs, generating jobs and increasing income.
In the Northeast, cashew is considered a national heritage, and is also one of the prominent ingredients of Arapuru Gin.
Our contribution will be made jointly with you. When purchasing 2 bottles of Arapuru Gin at partner points of sale, we commit to planting 1 cashew tree, next to Anjos do Sertão during the months of August to December 2021.
Each of these trees will bring a real impact to a population that many are unaware of, in addition to bringing fruit and many other ways of honoring what the earth gives us.
To participate, simply choose our closest partner and enjoy your Arapuru Gin, while we get to work.
