50ml Arapuru Cafuné
30ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
50 ml of Prosecco
In a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice, pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Serve in a very chilled flute glass, complete with Prosecco. Cheers!
