We are a small team and we appreciate collaboration and development of relational intelligence. Listening and perceiving each other allows us to create connections which sustain us in difficult times.

Voice so we can speak without judgment. At each virtual meeting in the self-knowledge work that is carried out, we get to know each other better and get in touch with the essence of each one. We are a team. We are a family.

What I like most about Brazil are the diversity and one thing that really strikes me is the accents of this immense Brazil. As Brazilians are creative, it reminded me of the phrase that says: “Brazilians must be studied by NASA” :)

Obviously we have our problems, but I think the positives are much greater than the negatives. The part of being Brazilian that makes me the most proud is the joy / warmth of human beings! In our team, I highlight the companionship and unity of all, always willing to cooperate with the common good. Everyone walking together with the same ideal and desire, wanting to see more and more the company's success.
What makes me get out of bed every day is the desire to help have a better world and to be close to the people I love. I contribute with my persistence, logical reasoning and interest in learning more and more.
I find it very relative where I want to go, I always try to evolve but I believe that we will naturally get where we should go, even if it is not just in one life.
The legacy that I would like to leave is the joy that I try to convey, I want that when they remember me, remember that I did everything to see the good part, even in the bad things.
What most enchants me in Brazil is the cultural diversity. The part of being Brazilian that I am most proud of is the strength that Brazilians give to the world and because we are the happiest people in the world regardless of the circumstances.
